Signal Sleuth v1.0 to v1.1 upgrade

This is an upgrade for those who have not yet assembled their Signal Sleuth Kits. This will include the new v1.1 PCB and the BW16E dev-board. 

Why would you want to upgrade you ask? With this new BW16E dev board you no longer have to mod the BW16 to use an external antenna. I have also changed the spacing on the thermistor solder pads so that you are less likely to bridge or short it when soldering.
